[gallery] The Run from hell and heaven.
The training had been done and the time was upon me! Ok it was only a 6K run, note up mountainous terain, but it was the hardest run i’d done to date ( OK the only run ). Let me set the scene. The rain had passed, there’s humided in the air, looking over the green bamboo mountians, it was beauitful! That was the heaven bit and then the run started and if you couldn’t guess that was where the hell kicked in!! But as i was running with my lungs burning and my legs killing, Chase & Status giving me an extra push, it was amazing. Well! i finished the run in 1hour and 6 mintues whoohoo, no record but i was just happy to finish. Also for added fun i manage to get lost twice. The weekend got better after that! Not the healthest with drinking four times my body weight and with smoking what feels like 40 packs. All in all it was great the music, food and great friend !!!
